Our nursery is staffed by an experienced manager and deputy, who are suported by our caring team which has achieved qualifications consisting of BTEC, NVQ Levels 2 and 3 and NNEB. Some staff are trainees and working toward gaining such a qualification.

The company recognises how vital ongoing training is and provides opportunities to access appropriate courses, identified for each individual during supervisions, appraisals and team meetings.

Ratios of staff to children laid down by Ofsted are:

• 1 - 3 children 0 - 2 years
• 1 - 4 children 2 - 3 years
• 1 - 8 children 3 - 5 years

Every member of staff has an enhanced police check which is processed by the Criminal Records Bureau.
